Products purchased from Krystle Joséa can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Please contact Krystle Joséa through email ([email protected]) before returning any products. Please be sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is misprinted/damaged/defective


Damaged items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within one week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed for misprinted/damaged/defective items will not be at the customers’ expense. Furthermore, buyers are responsible for returned shipping costs.



Size exchanges are not currently offered, so please be sure to consult the size chart for the product you are interested in purchasing. If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out!
